Oliver joined PCS in 2024, bringing a multidisciplinary background across engineering, commercial banking and structured finance advisory. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil & Structural Engineering alongside a Bachelor of Finance, Oliver combines technical capability with strong commercial acumen, particularly in project feasibility analysis, capital structuring and transaction execution.

After commencing his career in the civil engineering industry, Oliver transitioned into finance through Westpac’s Commercial Banking Graduate Program, where he gained exposure to agricultural, commercial and property finance transactions. His commercial banking experience, understanding of cash flow financing, coupled with a strong understanding of real estate development projects, enables him to assist the delivery of sophisticated funding solutions tailored to complex client requirements.

Oliver is focused on optimising the capital stack, aligning financing structures with project objectives, and assisting to deliver strategic outcomes across commercial, real estate development and investment transactions.
