Heath is a finance specialist at PCS, helping developers, investors, farmers and business owners secure funding for development projects, agri, healthcare and transport logistics across Australia. He joined PCS in 2023, bringing extensive senior commercial banking experience from Sydney and Adelaide, where he worked closely with clients to structure funding for complex property and commercial transactions.

With a strong understanding of the commercial lending landscape, Heath works with clients from project inception through to settlement, helping them navigate lender requirements, optimise funding structures and secure competitive finance solutions. His experience enables him to anticipate credit challenges early and position transactions to achieve the best possible outcome.

Heath holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and completed the Business Leadership Program at the European Business School in Frankfurt, giving him a strong commercial and strategic foundation. With a national focus, Heath and the PCS team help clients deliver projects anywhere in Australia — backed by local market knowledge and deep experience across the broader commercial lending landscape.
