Coming from a hard-working small business family with strong roots in the food industry and farming, Cooper developed an early understanding of business, work ethic and the importance of building long-term relationships.

After completing a degree in Business Finance at the University of South Australia, Cooper commenced their career through the Westpac graduate program, gaining experience across property finance and agribusiness lending. Cooper later joined BankSA within the Property Finance team, working across residential investment and development transactions while assisting in the management of complex lending portfolios exceeding $75 million.

This experience provided strong exposure to deal structuring, credit analysis and the commercial side of property finance. In October 2025, Cooper joined PCS with a focus on building long-term client relationships, delivering genuine value and continuing to grow as a leading broker within the industry.

Known for a practical and commercially minded approach, Cooper works closely with clients across residential, investment and development finance, with a strong focus on communication, strategy and long-term outcomes.
